About us

At Appeal, we deliver best-in-class digital projects for high-growth B2B companies worldwide.

We primarily use WordPress, which we enhance with our own boilerplate and extensions to create a superior platform, optimised for B2B marketing.

About the role

We’re looking for a Website Projects Coordinator who will be critical to the successful delivery of projects and the smooth running of our business.

With training provided, we are looking for someone who wants to get started on their career path in project management and marketing in the tech industry. You will have a keen eye for every tiny detail, a passion for technology and the ability to apply critical and logical thinking to projects and processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Working closely with Account Managers to understand marketing and design strategies for each client.
  • Coordination and delivery of website projects from the website build phase through to deployment.
  • Managing the Quality Assurance process to ensure that all Appeal projects and sprints are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Applying CMS knowledge and UX logic to test the front-end and back-end of a website, ensuring it fulfils the specifications, designs and minimum standards set out.
  • Copy & artwork upload management into the WordPress content management system to ensure overall design and marketing intent for the client.
  • Schedule coordination to ensure development & design resource availability when needed to ensure delivery of website projects on time.
  • Communication with client regarding website content and feedback.
  • Ownership of updating documents and standard operating procedures.
  • Working with spreadsheets and data to assist Account Managers.
  • Working alongside our Operations Director to ensure that the support desk is well managed and tickets are closed in a timely manner.

  • We’re looking for someone who is keen to build a career in tech and digital. Once settled in the role, we will look at additional areas of training and professional development depending on your desired career path.
  • This is a full-time permanent role on a hybrid basis. We would expect you to be able to attend our town hall meeting once a month at Origin Workspace in Bristol. Ideally, you would be able to come into the office once or twice a week but this is not essential.
  • Overtime may be required to ensure that projects are delivered on time but this is rare.

Minimum requirements

  • Competency using Microsoft Office / Google Docs tools.
  • Experience in a customer facing role previously.
  • Attention to detail is absolutely critical.
  • 1 year experience in a marketing or project management based role.
  • Knowledge of using Photoshop or other similar photo editing software is desirable.
  • Some experience in using WordPress or experience in having built your own website is desirable.
  • You like to collaborate but you’re just as happy to work independently.
  • Fluent in English, equivalent to IELTS 8 or higher.
