The challenge

Platinum Property Partners (PPP) is the fastest growing premium franchise in UK history. They provide training and support to deliver a lifelong income through a specialised buy-to-let property portfolio. Becoming a Platinum Partner requires available capital of between £300,000 to £500,000 and a mindset for success. This specific criteria means that qualifying prospects can often be a time intensive process. The challenge was to increase leads generated, while lowering the time required to qualify incoming prospects.

We’re always looking for innovative new ways to communicate what is a very sophisticated investment opportunity, and this has ticked all the boxes. It has not only exceeded our expectations in terms of leads generated, but has also integrated seamlessly into our existing processes and workflow.

Solution

The solution

PPP hosted a free resources page on their website, providing a wealth of useful resources to site visitors. This included a ‘Net worth calculator’ excel spreadsheet, making it easier for prospects to understand their finances and personal wealth. While incredibly useful to prospects, it wasn’t particularly effective as a lead generation tool.

The plan was to transform the existing spreadsheet into a responsive web application. This would simplify the process of data input, and provide a PDF summary report with a breakdown of wealth distribution in exchange for their email and phone number.

Prioritising prospects

Integrating the Net Worth Calculator app with the Infusionsoft CRM was a key part of the solution. Contacts are automatically categorised and flagged for the Partner Recruitment team and the information provided gives the team a better insight on how they can best support prospects in their decisions.

Becoming a Platinum Partner is a life changing decision and not for everyone. But even if they didn’t want to join the franchise, email campaigns can be triggered to communicate offer company services and offerings that may be relevant.
