Richard leads UI design and creative at Appeal, turning complex ideas into compelling user experiences for our clients.
Rich arrived in Bristol in 2016 cutting his teeth at Bristol Old Vic. After supporting the rebrand of the theatre during the 2018 redevelopment, he went on to work at a number of creative agencies before joining Appeal Digital in summer 2024.
As our authority on UI and accessibility, Rich transforms clunky interfaces into user-friendly designs that increase business value and engagement.
When he’s not boosting conversion rates, you’ll find him cycling, smashing a Park Run or catching a show.
