The Letting Game is Bristol’s top independent letting agent and third ranked in UK. It was founded in 2009 with the vision of reimagining the way that letting agents operated.

After a rebrand that aimed to emphasise their unique difference and operating model, they needed a digital agency up to the challenge of executing a complex migration and implementing their new branding.

The Letting Game approached Appeal Digital to implement the new brand on the web and solve three key challenges:

  1. Implementing the brand: They needed an agency capable of translating their brand into a compelling digital design that would strengthen their positioning.
  2. Preserve and build SEO equity: The Letting Game was already ranking well in search engines. They needed an agency with a track record in restructuring, auditing and migrating websites successfully.
  3. Seamless system integration: Given the fast-paced Bristol property market, it was essential to integrate their website with their existing property management platform via an API, ensuring real-time data flow without adding administrative overhead.

The new site firmly established a unique positioning for The Letting Game while maintaining and increasing their search engine placement. Six months after the launch, impressions and CTRs were up, as was their positioning on page one for ‘Letting Agent Bristol’.
