Addressing common B2B ecommerce challenges

With years of experience and a track record of results in B2B ecommerce, we can help you address common challenges that our clients face when engaging us.

Reduce fulfilment admin

Increase your sales and increase the efficiency of your operations by integrating the right tools for your operations team to fulfil more orders, faster.

Enhancing customer experience

Whether it’s site speed or time to checkout, we’ll work to continually optimise, tweak and improve the site to drive more revenue and profit to your bottom line.

Increasing conversion rates

When working with clients, we’ll work to reduce the friction points in your sale and checkout process. We’ve even developed our own boilerplate checkout for WooCommerce that helps customers to checkout faster, integrating postcode lookup and delivery timescales.

Growing search visibility

It starts with an in-depth strategy session where we work to understand your customers and existing sales data. We use this to build strategies to increase search visibility for key terms and phrases that ultimately lead to sales.

Integrating business systems

Save time and streamline operations by integrating business systems with your ecommerce website. Using a range of off-the-shelf extensions and the public APIs, we can help your increase efficiency.

Frequently asked questions

What is WooCommerce (now called ‘Woo’)?

WooCommerce, now rebranded simply as ‘Woo’, is a powerful open-source ecommerce extension for WordPress websites. Woo provides businesses with unrivalled flexibility, customisation and control, while building on top of the capabilities and benefits of WordPress – the world’s most popular content management system (CMS).

Because of this Woo is one of the most widely used ecommerce platforms globally, with more than 20% of all ecommerce stores built on the platform.

How many SKUs can WooCommerce manage?

Woo can manage a virtually unlimited number of product SKUs. There’s no hard limit set by the platform however in reality the practical limit will be determined by:

  • Managed hosting environment
  • Website performance
  • Sales and traffic concurrency

We have experience supporting clients with thousands of products and one in particular with hundreds of thousands of SKUs. Get in touch to discuss how we can help manage large, complex product inventories.

Are you WooExpert accredited?

The WooExpert accreditation was a programme where agencies were vetted by the team at Automattic for their knowledge, experience and competence with the Woo platform.

We were proud to pass the application process and were accepted onto the WooExpert programme in late 2023, however the accreditation programme was discontinued August 1st 2024.

Replacing the accreditation, is a new programme – Automattic for Agencies, of which we are proud to be part of and contribute towards.

Can you integrate with our ERP system?

Most likely – yes! We have experience of integrating with systems like Brightpearl, Netsuite, Microsoft Business Central and others. When something more custom is required we’ve also developed bespoke ERP software to integrate into WooCommerce.

If we’re integrating with a pre-existing system then we will need to be able to access a documented API so that we can work with this.

What support is available after my ecommerce website is live?

Launching a new website is just the start on the path to success. We have a comprehensive offering of ongoing support and improvement for clients. Learn more about our WordPress and Woo website support plans here.

I already have an ecommerce website. Can I migrate it to you to support?

We frequently collaborate with organisations that initially had their websites developed by a different agency but are now seeking a specialised B2B ecommerce team to enhance performance, manage security and implement ongoing improvements.

Our process begins with a comprehensive audit to assess your ecommerce website’s architecture and design, determining how quickly and cost-effectively we can make necessary improvements.

After completing the audit, we will provide detailed recommendations and actionable steps to guide you to success.
