Court Barn is a unique museum of craft and design in Chipping Camden. Their purpose is to celebrate the stories and legacy of craftspeople, designers and artists working in the Cotswolds from the early 20th century to today.
New Elementor website helps Cotswold museum to modernise online.
How we helped
After securing grant funding to design and build a new website, the Court Barn team approached Appeal Digital with the requirement for a modern, fresh design to engage with prospective visitors and stakeholders. But with limited time to spend on managing the site and a reliance on a team of volunteers and trustees, it was critical that the site be simple to update and maintain.
Using Elementor
We used Elementor to reduce the development time required on the build and set to work in building a clean and sophisticated design that helped the museum to stand out. Elementor enabled us to spend more time and budget on the design and support the Court Barn team to get their content in place ahead of the launch.
Outcomes
Given the age of the old website and some of the technical issues that existed, the new website has resulted in a considerable uptick in search visibility. The new site has also helped Court Barn to secure further funding to develop an ecommerce extension to the Elementor site.
