B2B ecommerce agency for complex products.
We build WooCommerce stores for technical businesses with complex SKUs.
They’re flexible enough for your team to manage products, promotions and pages themselves, on a platform that you own and control.
Big hosted platforms are B2C first. B2B doesn't work like that.
Your USP might exist in the things those platforms won't accommodate easily - alternative delivery processes, product configurators, or a product structure nobody else has.
So you either drop the thing that makes you different, or spend thousands bending a platform into a shape it was never designed for.
We build custom B2B stores on WooCommerce. Our work is shaped around what you sell, how you price it and who you sell it to. Combined with WordPress, the gap between campaign idea and execution is closed, while operations get faster, not busier.
And it’s open source, so you own your website.

experience designing, developing and supporting high performance websites for B2B businesses.
If any of this sounds familiar, we should talk.
Your products need configuring, specifying or quoting before anyone can buy them and you’re paying for a platform that dictates how you sell, rather than one that reflects how you actually sell.
A trade offer or new category should take an afternoon, not a fortnight. By the time it’s live, the moment has gone. Every change to your store goes through a developer, or triggers a support ticket.
Every extra step, slow load or unclear delivery estimate is an order abandoned. In B2B, that’s a repeat-order account you never won. If you’re lucky, customers will pick up the phone to place an order they should be able to do online.
Without a strategy tied to your sales data, you’re guessing at which keywords and campaigns actually lead to orders. This leads to wasted time and resources.
Maybe you have an ERP or inventory management system, but it isn’t connected with your website. Someone in the warehouse is rekeying orders, stock or pricing by hand. It’s slow, it’s error-prone, and it doesn’t scale as volume grows.

WooCommerce provides unmatched flexibility and control so you can shape technology around your business - not the other way around.

Technical SEO and CRO
An SEO-optimised back-end structure and ongoing conversion rate optimisation, driven by your real sales data - so you grow visibility for the terms that actually lead to orders.

WooCommerce, now rebranded simply as ‘Woo’, is a powerful open-source ecommerce extension for WordPress websites. Woo provides businesses with unrivalled flexibility, customisation and control, while building on top of the capabilities and benefits of WordPress – the world’s most popular content management system (CMS).
Because of this Woo is one of the most widely used ecommerce platforms globally, with more than 30% of the top 1 million ecommerce stores built on the platform.
Woo can manage a virtually unlimited number of product SKUs. There’s no hard limit set by the platform however in reality the practical limit will be determined by:
- Managed hosting environment
- Website performance
- Sales and traffic concurrency
We have experience supporting clients with thousands of products and one in particular with hundreds of thousands of SKUs. Get in touch to discuss how we can help manage large, complex product inventories.
Most likely – yes! We have experience of integrating with systems like Brightpearl, Netsuite, Microsoft Business Central and others. When something more custom is required we’ve also developed bespoke ERP software to integrate into WooCommerce.
If we’re integrating with a pre-existing system then we will need to be able to access a documented API so that we can work with this.
The WooExpert accreditation was a programme where agencies were vetted by the team at Automattic for their knowledge, experience and competence with the Woo platform.
We were proud to pass the application process and were accepted onto the WooExpert programme in late 2023, however the accreditation programme was discontinued August 1st 2024.
Replacing the accreditation, is a new programme – Automattic for Agencies, of which we are proud to be part of and contribute towards.
We frequently work with clients that initially had their websites developed by a different agency but are now seeking a specialised B2B ecommerce team to enhance performance, manage security and implement ongoing improvements.
Our process begins with a comprehensive audit to assess your ecommerce website’s architecture and design, determining how quickly and cost-effectively we can make necessary improvements.
After completing the audit, we will provide detailed recommendations and actionable steps to guide you to success.
Get in touch to start your audit or learn more about our WordPress support and improvement services.
