Hayes Parsons approached Appeal Digital for support with custom software development and WordPress integration to enhance their policy purchase journey.
While customers could already purchase policies online, the experience was inconsistent and delivered through an iFrame widget. This method functioned adequately but failed to reflect the premium service for which Hayes Parsons and CMTIA were renowned.
Solution
In collaboration with the Hayes Parsons team, Appeal developed a custom software solution featuring an API-driven front-end. This solution seamlessly integrated with both their WordPress website and their insurance software platform, Genesys.
Compared to the previous system, this approach delivered a more seamless customer experience and unlocked new functionality and faster development cycles.
Result
