ZiaBia is an Event Management & Consultancy delivering UK and international events that ignite and inspire audiences.

Challenge

With significant growth over the recent years, ZiaBia decided they needed to position themselves as an established and leading consultancy firm in the UK and European market.

Initially starting with a brand identity refresh, they quickly realised that their website was no longer in line with their values and messaging. Last updated in 2014, the design was a static template, and did not offer the capability to fully showcase their skills and projects.

Living the brand

What they do as a business is bring events to life and provide a means of human connection.

With that in mind, we wanted the website design to give a breath of excitement, while still maintaining a level of credibility and professionalism.

This was done with clean decorative elements across the site such as scattered confetti, bubbles and stripes, and of course the floating bubbles on the homepage.

Proof is in the pudding

Meaning that you can only judge the quality of something after you have tried, used, or experienced it.

We knew that it was crucial for potential clients to understand the quality of ZiaBia’s work and the process behind their management style.

Their dedicated case studies page has two elements that builds on their credibility. The interactive map at the top of the page is designed to provide an immediate impact, showcasing the number of events, as well as their international reach.

Then following down the page, there are individual projects that are detailed with written and video testimonials, images and services provided that solidify the user’s trust.

Bite size information

Some people respond to text and others respond to imagery.

By creating personalised icons highlighting key service points for ZiaBia, we were able to break down their services into bite size pieces of information for potential clients to easily digest.

Call to action

Our team knows that people respond more when asked to.

It is vital for potential clients to have the ability to contact ZiaBia to arrange a project, which is why we have ensured there are plenty of call to actions across the entire site.

Video engages

ZiaBia were already a step ahead with professionally produced video testimonials and case studies, however they were not being showcased on their previous site.

So visitors have the opportunity to hear what their clients have to say, we added in a dedicated video section on the blog feed, and the capability to highlight a particular video on the homepage.

Result

The newly designed website now aligns with ZiaBia’s new branding and conveys their core values. Along with highlighting their extensive background and experience, it instils credibility for ZiaBia to any Procurement Managers and Marketing Executives that they are up to the challenge.
